Title : Diving in Stoney Cove    Stoney cove is probably one of the best know inland dive sites in the UK. The inland lake offers a wide range of depths, and has had various items sunk in it for your entertainment. The centre has a full dive shop, training centre and onsite decompression chamber. There is also a snack counter and pub on the water front Hot showers and toilets are also available. If you wish to get in the lower car park at weekends then you will need to arrive at the crack of dawn, otherwise there is ample parking in the upper car parks. If you wish to dive when it is less busy then it is well worth trying to get some mid week diving in. The centre is very safety conscious so if you are running any rescue drills you must take care not to give the impression of a real emergency to the staff.       Author   Russell
